MEMORANDUM FOR AIR FORCE ELEMENT COMMANDER

Subject: Letter of Recommendation for Squadron First Sergeant Duty

1. I highly recommend Master Sergeant <FNAME><LNAME>   for Squadron First Sergeant Duty. He is securely committed to the Air Force core values; integrity, service before self and excellence in all he does. Additionally, his ability to brilliantly read the <CMD/WING/GRP> Command and Control Support Branch's performance climate and appropriately apply firm leadership or empathetic support greatly improved the branch's mission effectiveness. Sergeant <LNAME>   has the character, courage and professional conduct required of a superb Squadron First Sergeant.

2. Continue to groom this future Senior Enlisted Leader. Definitely select him for Squadron First Sergeant Duty now!
