1. On behalf of the ###th Communication
Flight I would like to acknowledge and thank
TSgt
First Last for the outstanding support he has provided our Computer
Operators (3C0’s)
during the past two months.
2. TSgt Last unselfishly gave up his
weekends to ensure our members can actively participate
in the “3C0 – Initial Qualification Training (IQT)” program. Below are just some
of the many
ways he’s impacted our unit:
a. Saturday, 7 Feb 04, TSgt Last
presented an in-depth two-hour overview of the IQT
program. TSgt Last demonstrated he is a skilled instructor, expressing his
thoughts
accurately and clearly, in an easy, understandable manner, immediately
establishing a
classroom climate that makes people receptive and conducive to learning.
b. Sunday, 8 Feb 2004, TSgt Last
assisted each of our members in the configuration of
their Smartforce accounts. This took more time than expected due to a power
surge,
causing a router to malfunction. But his persistence and patience ensured all
our
members are familiar with and have successfully completed at least three IQT
Computer
Based Training (CBT) classes.
c. Saturday, 6 Mar 04, TSgt Last
administered the written IQT exam to two of our
members. Both individuals passed with flying colors.
3. TSgt Last demonstrated he is
definitely a leader who genuinely cares about the professional
development of the ###th Communications Flight personnel. Please convey my
sincere gratitude
to Sergeant Last. He truly is a “TEAM PLAYER” with a “CAN DO” attitude!
