MEMORANDUM FOR ##th CS/CC

FROM: ###th CF/CC

SUBJECT: Letter of Appreciation for A1C First Last

1. On behalf of the ###th Communication Flight I would like to acknowledge and thank A1C
First M. Last
for the outstanding support she has provided our unit this weekend.

2. A1C Last unselfishly gave up her Sunday to photograph 15 of our members. All of these
reserve members live a distance away, if not in another state, so obtaining photos on Monday
thru Friday is extremely difficult and costly.

3. Her efforts allowed us to obtain 8x10 professional military photographs for all these
individuals; this drastically helps to expedite Awards, PEP, 1st Shirt, and other nomination
packages. I commend A1C Last for personally volunteering to make this event possible.

4. A1C Last is an example of the high caliber personnel assigned to the ##th
Communications Squadron.
You can be proud and certain she represented your unit well. She is
definitely a true professional who genuinely cares about the ###th Communications Flight
personnel. Please convey my sincere gratitude to Airman Last.
