- PCS/PCA Decorations will be based on EPRs/OPRs
- Achievement
Decorations read like awards, and will need a narrative for justification
- DO NOT plan on making up mid-tour points
in a PCS medal
- Ask for HELP, the only person looking out for #1
is you
- The only person looking out for your Airman is YOU!
- ASK for/WRITE
a Mid Tour decoration
- WRITE!!! The more you do it, the better you
get

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Staff Sergeant
<FNAME> <MI>. <LNAME> distinguished himself by outstanding achievement
as an Electrical Power Production Craftsman, while assigned to Operations
Flight, 332d Air Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, 332d Air Expeditionary
Group, Ahmed AI Jaber Air Base, Kuwait. During this period, Sergeant <LNAME>'s
knowledge of Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems provided the Communication
Squadron with invaluable technical capabilities. He diagnosed and repaired a
fault)' by-pass breaker that had caused critical communication failures for over
three months. His actions restored continuous communications and saved the Air
Force $6,000 in contractor costs. Additionally, he refurbished two Mobile
Electric Power generators identified for depot maintenance. After many hours of
work, he restored both generators to 100% operational status, providing
additional electrical support and saving the Air Force over $20,000 in depot
maintenance repair costs. The distinctive accomplishments of Sergeant <LNAME>
reflect credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.
