WRITE!!!  The more you do it, the better you get.
Ask for  HELP, the only person looking out for #1 is you.
The only person looking out for your subordinates is YOU!
Use a spell checker.  F7 works good in MS Word.
Use various writing resources like Merriam-Webster Online.

Note: 
  This was a winning package.  The only problem noticed with this 
package was the opening line, not having the percentage qualified.  This 
could be disastrous in some competitions.   The most important items showed 
how the Airman achieved leadership potential while meeting the whole person 
concept. |
