The following SrA Below the Zone (BTZ) example has been taken out of IMT.  If you have anything you would like to submit, please do so.  If you have found this information useful, please let me know. Note:

  This was a winning package.  All but two lines had very good impact and quantification.  The most important items illustrated involved showing how the Airman achieved leadership potential while meeting the whole person concept.  This is a very good package.
