Note:

I am beginning to really like the job description on the top of the award package.  It helps understand the award.  The award had a couple of minor numbering problems.  The only thing that could of helped strengthed this award package would of been tying it to those members deployed to the desert, hence showing thousands of parcels going out to increase moral may have strengthened it overall (if it did happen).
