Key Points to Writing If you haven't already, take a writing class WRITE!!! The more you do it, the better you get. Don't be afraid to ask for HELP. The only person looking out for either you or your subordinate is YOU! Use a spell checker (F7 in Office)  Remember, writing doesn't have to win to REWARD! Note:

This package is very good.  There were a couple of numbering issues, that are only issues based on Tongue and Quill. Basically, numbers under 10 are spelled out unless they are related to time.  Additionally, if there is a number higher than 10 already on the line then all numbers are numeric.  The only true recommendation is to quantify and qualify percentages.
