- Perpetually delivered consistent, stable product to audiences through masterful audio craftsmanship
  -- Engineered sound for over 12 Community Relations tours with the concert band and jazz ensemble
  -- Delivered band's message/mission at 84 performances to over 228,750 people/deployed 48 days

Leadership/Organizational and Planning Skills
- Conducted career field BAH survey, defined AF/Career Field single airman housing policy standards
  -- Wrote, staffed, and coordinated Staff Summary Sheet for local single housing policy authorization
      that granted BAH to all assigned airmen; aligned unit with career field and greatly improved morale
  -- Removed single greatest impediment to recruitment of established, professionally trained recruits
- Spearheaded two USAF Band of Liberty change of command ceremonies; led 14-member team
