The following Lance P. Sijan USAF Leadership Example has been taken out of a IMT document.  I have changed mission information to protect myself and the people I have received the information from.  I will attempt to give a little insight to the entire process if I know it.

I found this package to be rather interesting.  First off, on each category, the writer added one liners.  There is nothing in the AFI that discuss this one way or the other.  I think it is a good way of bringing overall ability to light at the same time plugging in buzz words of the time.

Final Note:

  I like the package, and especially the quantification.  Unsure whether it meets all of the criteria of a LPS award, but interested in hearing how it does in competition.
